Maggie's Earth Adventures
The stories and activities that comprise each unit in Maggie’s Earth Adventures are presented to introduce students to actual environmental issues and to motivate students to delve deeper into the issues presented. Standards-based activities are an important part of each of these adventures. Teachers will find on-line activities and a multitude of printable lessons in the Teachers’ Lounge section to correlate with the animated stories. Each classroom and learning situation is unique so teachers are encouraged to pick and choose the activities that best meet their students’ needs.

Chinese for kids
The idea of Chinese4Kids was to present a Chinese Club in an international school in Germany and now a Chinese club in an American School in the Netherlands. The club members are from 3 to 14 years old. The program is designed to introduce Chinese as a whole language to kids living outside China(mostly foreign children). Chinese is taught through Chinese children’s songs, rhymes, games and activities. The club works to motivate children to learn Chinese in a fun way.
The main part of the site contains the lessons together with relevant worksheets, activities and sound files. The lessons are organized according to the date they are given. All the materials are downloadable.
There are a lot of other useful information regarding Chinese and Chinese learning. You can find BOOKS AND DICTIONARIES which can help children and adults to learn Chinese by themselves. Online Dictionaries and other online tools are useful not only to learn, to input and to use Chinese language.
